Company Based in Boston, our firm is an established Trust and Investment Management business servicing very long-standing client relationships. With over $12 billion in assets under management, we value personal service and depend on the commitment and expertise of our experienced investment and fiduciary professionals. We are committed to building deep relationships with individual clients and families to preserve and enhance their wealth across generations.
Our firm grew out of a traditional family office structure and provides a wide range of services, including investment management, estate planning, tax preparation and filing, as well as socially responsible investing and shareholder advocacy via our established, well known and respected, Sustainability team. Our firm's Partners often partner with clients who have an interest and passion for sustainability to invest their capital, integrating sustainability issues with fundamental analysis and a clear understanding of each client's goals to provide investment solutions that reflect their priorities.
Position We are seeking to hire a Partner who will work collaboratively with other Partners to provide service to high-net-worth individuals and multiple generations of high-net-worth families. This is accomplished through crafting investment, estate, and tax plans that recognize clients' goals, means, and circumstances. Partners oversee and participate in all aspects of wealth management, which include performing analytical tasks, making investment decisions, and interacting with clients. Partners are responsible for multiple clients in addition to acting as co-lead on other accounts, requiring them to handle several projects at once.
It is expected that the Partner will have experience and an interest in ESG, sustainability topics and trends, as well relationships with outside companies, organizations, and other leaders within the sustainability space, or a sincere desire to develop those. S/he will be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit. The Partner track begins with learning the niche and highly bespoke fiduciary business and over time, growing into a role working directly with clients to provide comprehensive investment management, as well as trust and estate planning and administration.
Partners share an intellectual curiosity, sophisticated investment acumen, and an ability to work in a collegial atmosphere where collaboration and teamwork are valued and highly encouraged.
