The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic advising, project leadership, and establishing strong, trusting relationships with social entrepreneurs. This role requires a deep commitment to the mission of the organization, with a focus on centering equity and proximity to the communities served. The Partner will also be involved in leadership coaching, serving as a board member, and actively participating in the stewardship of the organization's definition of success. Additionally, the role includes leading a cohort of early-stage grantee partners, managing the investment selection process, and delivering capacity-building programming to support the entrepreneurs.

Applicants for the Partner position should have a demonstrated passion for the mission, experience in high-growth, entrepreneurial organizations, and a proven track record of driving organizational change. Expertise in economic mobility programs and experience in executive or senior management positions within this space are highly preferred. The role demands strong leadership, team management, and a solutions-driven approach to complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep experience in advising and supporting senior leaders, excellent communication skills, and a relentless customer orientation. A strong learning orientation and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential, as the organization is dedicated to operationalizing equity in all aspects of its work.
