About the Department The Partner team works hard to grow the Partner ecosystem around Cloudflare. Channel Account Managers, Partner Development teams, Partner Service Delivery Managers and Partner Solutions Engineers all support partner businesses as they grow and scale with Cloudflare. All working together help our customers adopt Cloudflare and create great Internet-enabled experiences.
About the Role In this specialized role, you'll focus on service delivery and operational success for partnerships with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs). You will work on intricate, multi-tiered projects, engage in high-level strategic discussions with C-suite executives at partner organizations, and assist GSIs in architecting and deploying service offerings based on Cloudflare technologies. This technical role involves working closely with partners' technical stakeholders to ensure they have the right delivery skills. Your responsibilities will include ensuring GSIs have the right delivery skillset for Cloudflare solutions, proactively supporting them in their service delivery engagements, and collaborating closely with them to launch new service offerings in the market. This role requires a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the GSI landscape, enabling you to drive strategic initiatives and develop strong, productive relationships with these critical partners.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with GSIs: Engage in high-level strategic discussions with executives and key technical stakeholders at GSI partner organizations. Technical Enablement: Ensure GSIs have the necessary technical delivery skillsets for Cloudflare solutions by providing resources. Project Management: Oversee intricate, multi-tiered projects, ensuring successful implementation and deployment of Cloudflare technologies. Provide governance and oversight on global projects, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within scope. Proactive Support: Provide proactive support to GSIs during their service delivery engagements to ensure successful outcomes. Service Offering Development: Assist GSIs in architecting, deploying, and launching new service offerings based on Cloudflare technologies. Relationship Management: Maintain strong, productive relationships with GSIs, understanding their unique challenges and opportunities. Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure the quality of service delivery by GSIs, addressing any issues and facilitating improvements as needed. Feedback Loop: Act as a liaison between GSIs and internal Cloudflare teams to communicate feedback, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments such as sales, enablement, product, and engineering to ensure both partner and customer success. Requirements Consulting Background: Significant experience in a consulting environment, ideally within a GSI, is required. Enterprise IT Expertise: Must possess a deep understanding of enterprise IT architectures and how they integrate with broader business processes. Project Management: A proven track record of managing complex, multi-tiered projects with multiple stakeholders, including C-suite executives and technical teams, is essential. Regulatory Awareness: Must have a strong understanding of global compliance, data protection regulations, and industry standards Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead strategic discussions and presentations. Ownership and Accountability: Strong sense of ownership and accountability for the service delivery partner ecosystem in the region Bonus Points Industry Specialization: Experience in key verticals such as healthcare, finance, or manufacturing will be advantageous. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments is a plus. Change Management: Exceptional skills in managing and driving change within large and complex organizations. English is a must; proficiency in French and/or German is a plus and highly valued.
