Fausto, a warm and welcoming neighborhood restaurant and wine destination in the heart of Park Slope, Brooklyn, is looking for a passionate Pasta Cook to join our team Our menu is market-driven, featuring elevated but approachable dishes, with a focus on locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. About the Role:
Full-time position, 4 days a week (Saturday-Tuesday evenings). You'll be working one of our two pasta stations, prepping and cooking delicious pasta dishes. Off every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. What We Expect:
At least 2 years of experience in casual or fine dining (preferred). Ability to multitask under pressure while keeping a positive attitude. Commitment to quality and teamwork. Your Responsibilities:
Set up and close down your station following our high standards. Prep pasta and related items for daily service and the weekly prep schedule. Carry out opening/closing duties and assist with other tasks as needed. Stand for extended periods (over 6 hours) and lift up to 50 pounds. Maintain the highest quality in all dishes. What We Offer:
