An AM 100 law firm recognized for its expertise in technology and life sciences is seeking junior to mid-level associates for its patent litigation practices. This role is available in the firm's New York, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Silicon Valley, Seattle, and Washington, D.C. offices.
About the Role: Our nationally renowned patent litigation team represents both patent holders and alleged infringers across federal jurisdictions in the United States, as well as in Patent Office proceedings. We serve clients ranging from startups to established companies in the technology and life sciences sectors, leveraging technical and scientific knowledge to adopt innovative strategies for favorable outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
1-6 years of patent litigation experience
Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
Degrees or industry experience in high tech or life sciences are preferred but not required; candidates from various backgrounds and industries are encouraged to apply
Admission to the bar of the state in which you are applying, or eligibility to sit for or waive into the next bar exam
Compensation and Benefits: The anticipated salary range for this position is $235,000 - $390,000. The actual base salary will be based on factors such as qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and the location from which the job will be performed. Eligible employees may also receive a discretionary performance-based bonus.
