In this role, you will: Answer telephones at a high volume; respond to inquiries; resolve issues. Enters data into the computer. Protect patient privacy by adhering to the HIPAA confidentiality guidelines. We require: At least 1 year experience as a call center operator preferably in the medical field. Excellent computer and customer service skills. High school diploma required. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Strong customer service skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills Salary up to $22 an hour based on experience and education.
