Work in a small, energetic office, processing payrolls for clients.
Provide support to our payroll clients throughout Puerto Rico, VI, and US.
The payroll accountant is responsible for payroll processing of weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly and monthly payrolls.
Responsibilities:
Update and maintain all payroll records.
Ensure client payroll accuracy.
Provide client reporting.
Be able to perform in a fast-moving environment.
Occasional travel to any town in Puerto Rico.
Qualifications:
Accounting Bachelors or studies in Accounting
Have working knowledge of Puerto Rico payroll tax and labor rules and regulations.
Have very good customer service and phone skills.
Have excellent English and Spanish proficiency.
Own a car.
