Who We Need: Must Have: Peer Certificate, Personal Vehicle, AZ Driver's License, Fingerprint Clearance Card.Help implement quality, person-centered programs, adhering to agency standards. Qualifications: At least 21 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.Peer Support Certification preferred or to be completed within 90 days.Personal experience in line with AHCCCS peer support requirements.Level One fingerprint clearance.Valid AZ driver's license and clean driving record.Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting 50 lbs.Work 80% in the field, 20% in the office. Job Summary: Use your recovery experience to coach others.Advocate, implement, and coordinate individualized services.Maintain confidentiality and professional relationships.Ensure compliance with CARF, licensure, and regulations.Assist with community resource access and vocational/educational opportunities.Participate in meetings and act as a liaison when needed.Additional duties may be assigned.
