Must have: Pega CSSA certification (Must have this), Pega PRPC development, payments or banking or insurance experience and just minor java experience.

Pega CSSA certified- required
- Experienced Pega PRPC developer with 5+ years minimum with Pega 7 & 8 core experience
- Payments / Banking / Insurance industry experience
- Java development experience

Note: "experience" means hands-on usage of the capability or technology as part of project delivery and not training or general awareness.

*HUGE PLUS; if they have used smart investigate framework for payment investigations. I know WF, BOA, and JP Morgan all use this for searching.
