Position Overview:
As a People Business Partner, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships between employees and management, ensuring the smooth execution of HR strategies, and supporting a positive and productive work environment. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with labor laws, developing employee policies, managing benefits, and overseeing employee engagement and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement employee relations strategies to enhance workplace culture and minimize conflicts.
Manage the administration of employee benefits programs (medical plans, pension, etc.).
Oversee time and attendance processes and ensure payroll accuracy.
Maintain up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal standards.
Provide support for succession planning, career development, and employee engagement.
Collaborate with managers to improve employee relations, morale, productivity, and retention.
Lead HR strategic planning, including recruitment, training, and compensation programs.
Ensure compliance with legal regulations across all HR practices.
Analyze HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote equal opportunity within the organization.
Plan and execute employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Resolve workplace conflicts in a timely and transparent manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
HR certification (preferred).
At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or Generalist with expertise in data analysis, trend reporting, and HR strategy.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
Intermediate proficiency in English.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Working Conditions:
Regularly required to speak, listen, stand, and walk.
Occasionally required to lift or move items up to 25 lbs.
This is a full-time position based on a typical office environment.

Pay: $48,418.00 - $50,788.00 per year
