People Consulting – HR Transformation Senior Manager Managing a global workforce is increasingly complex. People Consulting (PC) focuses on improving organizational and individual performance, delivering upon a highly complex and challenging mission, especially in an ever-changing working environment. As a member of People Consulting, you'll be part of a team with a wide variety of experiences within a supportive environment.
The opportunity As a member of the HR Transformation team, you will join a talented group of professionals that help clients to integrate people, process and technology dimensions collectively to transform their HR function.
Your key responsibilities Design and implement visionary HR strategies and solutions, drawing on industry-leading practices.Manage engagements focused on improving the effectiveness of HR operations and services.Oversee project delivery, budget implementation, and performance goals.Build and maintain strong client relationships crucial for revenue generation and commercial success.Lead managers across various activities, deeply analyze functions or specializations, and drive innovation and thought leadership.Identify sales opportunities and manage engagement economics, including resource planning and budgeting for engagements.Skills and attributes for success Lead project workstreams, from planning through implementation.Understanding of the Human Resources function, including strategy, process evaluation, and process improvement.Understand the HR technology vendor ecosystem, with strong familiarity in top HCM technology vendors.Understanding of human resources opportunities, challenges and issues in at least one of the sectors we serve.Demonstrate technical competence in our key capabilities.Contribute to the growth of the People Consulting practice by identifying additional engagement opportunities.Influence and persuade clients and stakeholders to gain support for major change initiatives.Generate profitable revenue through identifying additional opportunities for activities.Encourage and facilitate collaboration amongst team members.Contribute to business development and client pursuit activities.Advance the People Consulting practice by leading in the development of thought leadership.To qualify for the role, you must have Relevant professional experience leading large-scale projects teams.Minimum ten years of related experience in HR Transformation.Experience leading HR Transformation engagements in one or more functional domains.Proven track record in managing and analyzing large datasets.Expertise in working with and engaging clients in discussions around digital assets.Bachelor's degree and relevant post-graduate qualification.Ability to travel regularly.If you're looking for a role that will challenge you, give you opportunities to grow and encourage you to own your career, this role is for you.
