Certification Details Required to submit various certification and licensure documentation as per facility and state requirements Job Details Weekend availability is REQUIRED **Department Details, Types of Cases and/or Scans, Patient Diagnoses** Job Requirements 1 year recent experience in specialty AHA BLS certification ARRT (with nuclear medicine specialty!) or NMTCB - either certification will suffice Float to less or like specialties where needed and qualified Epic Experience required Schedule Information 8 & 10 hour shifts Daily Caseload: 8 Unit Specific Information Unit: Outpatient, inpatient, OR room, ER Additional Details Charting system: Epic 3-month separation Experience with 1 of the following: GE, Hitachi, Phillips, Siemens or Toshiba required Experience with storage handling disposal of radioactive materials, IV Starts, HIDA scan required Cardiac stress testing, Lung scan, Bone scan, Thyroid scan, Uptake, Computerized documentation experience required Isolation precautions awareness required Candidate is responsible for completing up to 10 hours of Providence and specialty-specific modules, independently, before being cleared to work Parking fee of $2.75 effective as of a specified past date
