This is a full time, 11:00am to 9:30pm shift position located at New York-Presbyterian/Brooklyn Methodist Hospital. This position may include rotating weekends and holidays.
Criteria Previous experience working as a Certified Surgical Technician in Perioperative Services preferred Required Criteria High School Diploma or equivalency required Certification as a Surgical Technologist by the Association of Surgical Technologist or Surgical Technician by the National Board of Surgical Technician and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or National Healthcare Association (NHA) Minimum of one year experience as a Certified Surgical Technician New Graduates will be considered based on required CST Certification and Academic performance Knowledge of surgical supplies, instruments, machines and equipment used in and related to the Operating Room Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
