We are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team! Personal Lines Account Manager Purpose and Description Responsible for managing an assigned personal lines book of business by means of servicing and processing all new business Renewals and endorsements Advising customers on coverage / products with a high level of customer satisfaction Personal Lines Account Manager Essential Job Functions Get to know our products inside and out for better marketing and placement. Create quotes and applications quickly to give new business customers a great experience. Follow agency procedures and company guidelines to handle processing, policy issuance, and servicing. Prioritize customer inquiries effectively, from urgent needs to routine questions, while providing excellent service. Collaborate with producers to review and analyze incoming applications. Keep the renewal expiration list up to date and process renewals promptly. Cross-sell and upsell to existing accounts. Help with overall sales and marketing efforts, including personal lines campaigns. Personal Lines Account Manager Requirements Experience on AMS 360 platform or similar 3+ years of Personal Lines experience with an agency or company Excellent communication skills Critical analysis including the ability to evaluate prospects to determine account acceptability Highly organized to manage large book timely and accurately
