The Physical Therapist Assistant is responsible for providing Physical Therapy services to guests by assisting in the treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication while functioning under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities:
Assist in related documentation and communication. Functioning under the supervision of the Physical Therapist. Instructs patients and family members in home programs and activities of daily living. Qualifications:
Associates degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current Physical Therapist Assistant licensure. A minimum of 1 years experience in a Skilled Nursing setting preferred. Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and CPR certification required.
