Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with children with autism spectrum disorders and will be skilled in designing and implementing individualized therapy plans to enhance physical and overall developmental progress. Responsibilities: Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess abilities in children with autism. Develop accurate diagnoses and create tailored therapy plans.Therapy Development: Design and implement individualized therapy programs based on assessment results and client needs. Use a range of evidence-based techniques and strategies to address specific communication challenges.Family Collaboration: Work closely with families to educate them about their child's therapy needs and provide guidance on home-based activities to reinforce therapy goals.
