Works with family and health team members regarding patient's abilities and goals.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor of Science or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from a college or university accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.Licensure/Certification/Registration:Must have necessary requisites for licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Oregon State Board of Health. Current valid Oregon driver's license required. Current CPR certification requiredExperience:Must have thorough knowledge of therapy procedures, current orthopedic and neurological follow-up procedures, and rehabilitation practices. Must possess a positive attitude and utilize good communication skills.
