Position Overview:
A growing organization is seeking to hire a Physical Therapist to manage an expanding caseload in the Highland Park, IL area. The PT will provide community-based outpatient services (Medicare Part B) in patients' homes. This position offers flexibility in hours, with both part-time (minimum 12 hours per week) and full-time options.
As part of a multidisciplinary therapy team, the PT hired will treat a well-balanced mix of patients, primarily in the geriatric population. This salaried position includes a generous benefits package and opportunities for overtime pay for full-time employees.

Job Requirements:

• For PRN/Per Diem candidates, prior experience in 1-on-1 patient care is required
