Part Time (20 hours per week) M-F Days for Medina Sports Rehab Summary:
The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients referred and provides instructions and assistance to patients families as indicated. Responsibilities:

1. Evaluates and treats patients referred and provides instructions and assistance to patients families as indicated.

2. Effectively works with and supervises physical therapist assistants and students.

3. Provides documentation for medical records/insurance needs.

4. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of the patients served regardless of age.

5. Other duties as required.

Technical Expertise
1. Experience in pediatric physical therapy is preferred.

2. Experience working with all levels within an organization is required.

3. Experience in healthcare is preferred.

4. Proficiency in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software is required.


Education and Experience Education: Bachelors in Physical Therapy is required: Master or Doctorate preferred.Certification: Ohio Physical Therapist licensure is requiredYears of relevant experience: 3 to 5 years is preferred.Years of experience supervising: None. Part Time
