We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food Server to join our team at Piedmont/Casons. As a Food Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by presenting the menu, answering questions, taking orders, serving food and drinks, handling payments, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Present the menu to guests, answer questions, and make recommendations about food and service Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen and service bars Serve courses from the kitchen and service bars Serve meals to guests in a friendly and efficient manner Total bills and accept payment, or refer guests to the cashier Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest complaints and concerns Ensure a clean and safe dining environment Follow all safety and sanitation procedures Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations Requirements: Previous server experience is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand and walk for long periods of time Flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends and holidays Must be 21 years of age or older
