Trueline's client, a reputable personal injury law firm with brand new offices in Queens, NY is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys in a supportive growth-oriented environment.
What You'll Do as the Associate Attorney: Manage and oversee a caseload of personal injury matters from inception to trial Leverage expert witnesses such as life care planners, economists, and accident reconstructionists to maximize case outcomes Develop strong negotiation skills to obtain favorable results for clients Attend trial schools and learn from top attorneys in the field Prepare for trials by participating in mock juries Gain hands-on experience in all aspects of trial, including depositions, jury selection, opening statements, cross-examinations, and summations You'll Succeed as the Associate Attorney if you Have: 4+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience Demonstrated tenure in previous roles (2+ years at previous firms) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Familiarity with handling personal injury cases from start to finish Trial experience a bonus, but not required Our Client Offers: Competitive salary range of $150,000 - $225,000, commensurate with experience Profit-sharing on settlements in your caseload 1/3 attorney fee on any cases you bring in Free on-site parking Collaborative and supportive team environment Access to mock juries, trial schools, and tailored one-on-one guidance for professional growth
