Responsibilities:
We are in search of a Plumbing Designer to join our SF office. The ideal candidate will develop engineering design documentation under the supervision of an assigned engineer; Create construction models in AutoCAD and Revit; Create detailed field installation drawings and fabrication drawings; Work from both customer and firm drawings; Perform file management functions such as posting models, downloading model updates, and managing links; CAD and Revit drafting; Provide technical support for existing projects and field service; Attend and participate in project meetings, communicating with other trades, and creating/extracting reports, as required. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Architectural or Mechanical Engineering or a 2 year technical or associates degree in Computer Aided Drafting/Construction Technology, Mechanical Technology, or similar; EIT certification, or interest in obtaining; Demonstrate knowledge or interest on MEP systems and their installation, with an emphasis on mechanical and plumbing installations preferred; Developing knowledge of mechanical system design; Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD; Possess an understanding of drawing and modeling organization, detail, and precision; Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel; Positive attitude and desire to work as part of a team. Base Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000
