About the job Post - Acute Care Nurse Practitioner - 5 days a week Korzen Health is working with the partnership of Healogics to find a Post Acute Nurse Practitioner. We are looking to add an experienced NP to cover local SNFs 5 days per week. Procedure experience within the last 2 years IS required. For example: sutures, central lines, intubations, and anything that would be very specialized.This is a full time, 5 days/week position - flexible hours. Post-Acute Care wound care program located in Columbus, OH market. This is 100% wound care position. 52 hours of paid training included.This is a mobile position. We have 5 days of work in Columbus, OH market area. You will be traveling to skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) to provide wound care to patients.Scope of Practice Includes:You will average around 18-20 patients a day.Performing basic wound care (dressing changes, chemical debridement) with some minor procedures.This will be a full-time 5 days a week job. No Nights, No Call, No weekends.
