As our Practice Office Manager, you are the type of professional that collaborates to build a positive office culture, inspires a superb patient experience, maintaining a high quality of service to patients and engaging the team to achieve business goals.
Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. Office manager duties and responsibilities include: Develop a financially sustainable office Demonstrate leadership and inclusivity Define business objectives Lead a complaint team to execute operational excellence What we offer:

Responsibilities: Identify training and coaching opportunities Develop a strong financial obligation throughout the team Provide operational support to the team and vendors Oversee office financials and OSHA/HIPPA regulations Design and implement market strategies to increase office visibility in the community Create an open-door culture with the team. Serve as a point of escalation for both patient and team relations Mentor and coach team members to create an environment of growth Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team Qualifications: 5 years of experience in leadership positions with strong knowledge of Dental operations preferred Experience with Eaglesoft is preferred Strong technical expertise in dental insurance benefits Must possess a strong desire to train and develop team to meet performance standards Demonstrates leadership and strong communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required About us:
