We are immediately seeking someone to assist with new inventory acquisition – industry experience required. We use a few online/web-based platforms to procure new inventory and are actively seeking applicants who are driven, motivated, and interested in working as frequently as their achievement goals require of them. Due to the web-based aspect of this, remote work is a possibility, but it the next step in this process is meeting sellers and inspect the unit prior to acquisition, so mobility will be necessary. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in buying vehicles, along with comprehensive reconditioning knowledge to be able to gauge potential ROI for unit's sale. You will be trusted with finding and acquiring inventory, advising on priority of repair/reconditioning needed, and stewarding any relevant recon processes.
Compensation structure is performance-based, paid immediately at time of delivery of vehicle, with bonuses based on gross profit. Key Responsibilities:
? Conduct thorough vehicle appraisals to determine market value
? Utilize expert negotiation skills to facilitate vehicle purchases
? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive market trends and pricing
? Collaborate effectively with team members, management, and ownership
