As a part of our badass team (yep we said it), you'll help deliver our mission by joining a team of GOATS that, together will continue to grow the legacy of our brand and be brand stewards. Prep Cooks are responsible to cook and prepare a variety of food products including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, breads and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils according to the Daily Prep List.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications (with or without accommodation)

* Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food safety certification or any other food/alcohol certification, as required by state law
* Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
* Good hearing for safety and accurate communication
* Must be able to read, write and speak in English
* Must have reliable transportation
