About the Role:
We are looking for a "Project Engineer" with skills in Preparation within the Engineering Department. The Project Engineering team is responsible for all the activities related to designing and executing industrial investment projects, providing support as a technical point of reference during project execution and ensuring the capitalization of experiences on plants, looking for opportunities and ideas for improvement.
Main Responsibilities:
•Planning and controlling projects in the area of preparation
•Creating flow charts and layouts for project planning
•Creation of specifications and tenders for requests for quotations, considering the respective local legal regulations and standards
•Technical evaluation of offers.
•Monitoring the production of the ordered systems and units
•Practical implementation of investment projects
•On site organization / coordination of suppliers and external company assignments
•Ensures compliance with legal regulations at construction sites.
•Support in planning investments in collaboration with the relevant areas
•Technical support for the plants, nationally and internationally, to increase efficiencies.
•Supports the transfer of know-how nationally and internationally
Who we are looking for: Bachelor's Degree (Engineering preferred) 5+ years of relevant experience Proficient in English. (Italian or other foreign languages are bonus) Ability to travel across 8 Plants in North America. Travel for this role is at 50% Minimum Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of SAP applications. Knowledge of AutoCad and Autodesk applications Solid Works are an advantage. How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero:
