The ideal President will have a strong background in nonprofit leadership, an understanding of the marketplace from the perspective of Christian business owners, and experience in political advocacy.
Key responsibilities for the President include casting and communicating a compelling vision for the organization, leading in a manner that supports its mission, and creating and implementing a strategic plan to adapt to emerging opportunities and challenges. The role also involves overseeing the organizational budget, developing resources for financial health, and aligning every aspect of the organization with the strategic plan. The candidate should be a collaborative, visionary strategist with a proven track record in organizational growth, strong financial management skills, and the ability to serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization. Transparent and high-integrity leadership, a commitment to the values of the organization, and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences are essential. The President will work closely with the Board of Directors, lead a dedicated team, and be fully remote in a supervisory role.
