About the Role The Company is seeking a President to lead its North America Executive Team and provide strategic oversight for its disciple-making efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy that aligns with the company's mission and vision, particularly in the implementation of a disciple-making pathway with youth ministry and next-generation leaders. The role demands a strategic organizational leader, a gifted communicator, and a person with the ability to connect and collaborate with other organizations and leaders. The President will also be involved in resource and curriculum development, as well as overseeing various operational aspects such as budget, fund development, and HR. Personal characteristics should include a clear alignment with the company's values, a self-starting and entrepreneurial spirit, and a commitment to excellence in all endeavors.
This role requires a passionate individual with a minimum of 10 years' experience in a church-based ministry or related field, who can demonstrate a proven track record in building effective disciple-making ministries. The President will be a key figure in team development, including recruitment, training, and evaluation, and must be a strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor others. While formal theological education is not mandatory, a Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred, and the ideal candidate will have a background that reflects a deep commitment to the Jesus' disciple-making model.
