Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team. As a PCP at ChenMed, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients, leading a team of healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development of our organization's clinical and operational strategies.
Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a panel of up to 450 patients Lead a team of healthcare professionals, including care promoters, care facilitators, and care coordinators Develop and implement clinical and operational strategies to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists and hospitalists, to ensure seamless care coordination Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our organization's clinical and operational policies Requirements MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a similar specialty Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a similar specialty (Board Eligibility is required) Current State Medical License or ability to obtain one Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Current DEA number for schedule II-V controlled substances What We Offer At ChenMed, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive compensation, comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
