As the ***Principal Web Applications Developer***, you will actively participate on a scrum team responsible for building Angular based solutions for our digital products. You will also be involved with architectural direction related to those web platforms and guiding web developers to adhere to those decisions. You will build solutions that will make a tangible difference in how our customers interact with our websites. You are encouraged to be curious, collaborate and to turn ideas into solutions that will transform our customer experience. Important traits of this position involve building strong relationships with your team, influencing without authority, taking pride in your work, and learning quickly from failures. We are open to remote candidates based in the continental United States for this opportunity. In this role, you will:
* Design, build and technical delivery of user experiences in responsive web projects.
* Participate in design discussions related to team members work.
* Own and enforce design patterns and coding standards.
* Participate in code reviews.
* Mentor a team of developers.
* Follow trends in the space, be curious about new ways of performing existing tasks.
