Operate manufacturing machinery and assist in the maintenance and adjustment of mechanical equipment such as; motors, pneumatic equipment, production belts, production machinery and other equipment. Perform all tasks with strict observance of cGMP's, cSOP's, cGDP's and other internal and external regulations. Supply the manufacturing machine with material to maintain production, make foil changes, die change, etc. and comply with the established itinerary. Perform preventative maintenance, as required. General repairs to manufacturing machinery. Fill out required documentation. Responsible for the replacement of assigned equipment parts. Examine shapes, sizes and textures of the pieces to detect imperfections. Provides support in assigned activities (e.g. extended shifts, weekends, shutdown/slowdown, etc.) as necessary.
Requisitos:
Technical Certification or Degree in General Mechanics or some other technical degree, with at least one year of related experience. Able to read and understand the specifications for the product such as dimensions and tolerances as well as understand the operational parameters of the equipment. Able to read and understand 'schematics' and 'blue prints', alarms, clocks, PLC and basic electrical concepts. Must be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time. Team worked oriented. Ability to communicate, read, write and understand English/Spanish languages. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 to 50 pounds (with the appropriate safety equipment that the Company provides).
