The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to resident-centered care.
_*Key Responsibilities:*_
* Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and other treatments.
* Monitor and assess residents' health status and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
* Document all nursing care provided accurately and promptly.
* Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
* Support and mentor nursing assistants and other support staff.
* Participate in shift handovers and ensure continuity of care between shifts.
* Engage with residents and their families to provide compassionate care and support.

Pay: $34.00 per hour
