What will you do? Monitors and optimizes the chemical, and technical aspects of all vinegar production on site.Establishes and performs training program focused on improving operator skill and knowledge base for all aspects of the vinegar fermentation process.Leads and participates in process improvement projects associated with vinegar production and process efficiency.Assists in SAP documentation and training as required.Assists in troubleshooting the production process to eliminate production losses due to contamination, equipment malfunction and human error.Participates in process and equipment risk assessments in order to optimize engineering design and safety.Assists as necessary in other plant production related functions such as sampling and testing.What will you need to be successful? EDUCATION: ?Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
EXPERIENCE: ?2-5 years' experience in the food/pharmaceutical industry serving in a technical support capacity.
SKILLS: High level of motivation and the ability to work independently with a minimum of guidance from management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.?
Compensation Data The typical hiring range for this role is $73,000 to $108,000 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
