Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer with expertise in laser processing to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in engineering principles and hands-on experience in laser-based manufacturing processes. This role involves developing, optimizing, and scaling up manufacturing processes to produce medical devices that meet rigorous quality and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: - Design and optimize laser processing techniques for the manufacturing of medical devices. - Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and product performance. - Conduct process validation in accordance with FDA regulations and company standards. - Collaborate with R&D and quality teams to integrate new products into production. - Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues affecting production. - Prepare technical documentation, including process maps, work instructions, and validation reports. - Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians. - Stay abreast of advancements in laser technology and evaluate their potential applications in our manufacturing processes.
