Company Description QRC Group, LLC is a firm dedicated to offer services to the Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices and Chemical Industries in the validation and regulatory fields.Log on now to our website http://www. qrcgroup.com / to learn more about our services and solutions!Job DescriptionProcess Excellent Manager with experience in the regulatory industry.Duties:Develop and implement process excellence initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations.Lead process improvement projects and initiatives, including mapping current state processes, mapping future state processes, and implementing process changes.Utilize a variety of process improvement tools and techniques such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.Identify and document process gaps and inefficiencies, and recommend and implement solutions.Develop metrics and reporting to monitor process performance and measure the impact of process changes.Develop and maintain process standards and best practices.Provide training and coaching to business teams on process excellence concepts, tools, and techniques.Support and mentor process improvement teams to ensure successful attainment of process goals.Collaborate with other departments to identify potential areas of process improvement.Foster a process excellence culture by communicating process excellence initiatives, progress, and results.QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Business or Management.5+ years of experience working in business process improvement, process optimization, or related roles.Proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering value.Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex problemsExcellent communication and project management skills.Bilingual (English and Spanish)Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
