Job Title : Procurement Agent 3
Job Type: Full Time (12 months)
Location: Southern California (El Segundo/Long Beach)
Schedule: 1 st shift, Monday Friday 7am - 4pm.
Pay Rate: $49.06 - $52.00/HR
Do you have experience executing work movements, scoping, handling schedule & risk issues? This role is for you!
Requirements:
o Bachelors degree or higher.
o +7 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
o +3 years of experience managing suppliers/vendors or managing a factory to deliver products and services
o +3 years of experience in root cause analysis and Corrective action
o +3 years of experience in a role that required Scheduling, Project / Factory Management skills
o +5 years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes.
Responsibilities:
Learn client policies and procedures
Lead planning, risk mitigation, and issue resolution in supply chain operations
Partner with suppliers for quality and on-time delivery
Provide technical support to suppliers for schedule compliance and product quality
Monitor metrics and ensure process compliance
Communicate status and risks to stakeholders
Contribute to supplier assessments and procurement strategy
Assist suppliers in meeting contractual requirements
Identify and propose process improvements
Pay Details: $49.06 to $52.00 per hour
