Product Introduction Technician

Main Responsibilities Implement field modifications according to the modification instruction (including tests, if required). Ensure use of valid/calibrated tools. Populate relevant modification follow-up database and report relevant information to Field Modification Coordinator-Leader & PI Customer Site Manager. Ensure information flow within the field modification team (e.g. shift handover). Perform quality self-inspection. Respect EHS rules and any work-related processes. Ensure risk assessment & safe-system-of-work is available. Report any deviation or non-conformity associated with the field modification. Ensure all necessary parts, tools & documents are available prior to starting the field modification. Main Required Competences Certified Technician or Undergraduate in technical area (mechanical or electrical/electronics). Minimum IT knowledge. Internal EHS training. Graduate in technical area (mechanical or electrical/electronics). English proficiency. 1 year field experience. Teamwork capacity. EHS knowledge and exposure. Strong product knowledge. Self-government. Railway Safety/Product liability knowledge. Engineering knowledge. Customer contact experience. Technical troubleshooting/investigation experience (mechanical or electrical/electronic). Team management (if applicable).
