Job Description Develop proper manufacturing, testing, and quality control standard work. Develop and improve monthly reports to quantify Production improvement and identify areas requiring attention/improvement Conduct final inspection on finished products and record test data. Lead problem solving efforts to resolve production problems. Read and understand product drawings/schematics from engineers. Identify process improvement and optimization opportunities. Conduct in-process checks on the production line to ensure standard work is followed and work-in-process, finished products, and packing meet quality requirements. Communicate with quality and engineering teams to drive process improvements. Determine the process capabilities and outgoing quality levels of all major products. Assist in the development and implementation of training programs, process planning, and policies. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 2+ years in production or process engineering/experience in a manufacturing environment Experience working in a dynamic environment, developing flexible solutions to meet evolving business needs. Knowledge and understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, techniques, and philosophies Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills What's on Offer Base salary $70,000-90,000 based on experience level Investment in employee education, trainings, CEUs (tuition reimbursement) 3 weeks PTO 11 paid company holidays 401(k) match Benefits through BCBS, only paying around $30/month
