A successful candidate will be able to lead teams of highly skilled technicians through daily tasks involving spacecraft integration. Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels: Associate, Mid- Level, or Senior Production Operations Specialist.Position Responsibilities:Develops and implements manufacturing processes. Provides concurrent engineering support. Defines production activities and resolves problems of limited scope. Reviews and approves technical documents. Analyzes charging trends and develops projected manpower forecast. Assists with the preparation and justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation. Leads projects and participates in technical research on proposed projects. Serves as primary interface with internal customers. Translates data into actionable plan for implementation within the organization. Compiles and provides management status reports for corrective/preventative action.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position is for 2nd shift. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Experience in manufacturing operations and/or manufacturing supportExperience interpreting and working from blueprints, sketches, and written and verbal instructions, in English.Experience working in a laboratory environment.Ability to lift 35lbs.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Experience in fall protection, confined space, hazardous energy, crane safety, and incident investigationsExperience with Manufacturing Execution System Common Image (MESCI)Experience working in teams/work groups.Experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Typical Education / Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.)Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements:This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
