Cornerstone is hiring a Production Supervisor for our client to directly supervise and coordinate the activities of the Production, Quality, Safety, and Scheduling departments to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of product.

Shift: Sun-Thu 10:30pm-7am. Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor: Plan and organize daily plant activities, managing production and labor. Evaluate equipment and processes, engaging maintenance when necessary. Control costs for labor, raw materials, and finished goods, with a focus on yield rates and minimizing waste. Utilize temporary labor to meet production demands. Follow written instructions and complete necessary documentation. Troubleshoot issues, prioritize production needs, and seek solutions to problems. Supervise and support team development through training, feedback, and safety enforcement. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Maintain open communication with supervisors and demonstrate reliable attendance, working extra hours when needed. Qualifications of the Production Supervisor: 3 years of experience as a production supervisor Proficient in Microsoft Office Lean manufacturing preferred Proven leadership ability Compensation for the Production Supervisor:
$60-75k based on experience + FULL BENEFITS
