**What You Will Do**
+ Ensure focus on safety for all team members
+ Manage & lead others
+ Track attendance and record timesheets for payroll processing
+ Make decisions related to the production of finished goods
+ Remove systematic problems that prevent the efficient production of finished goods
+ Help implement new processes that improve, safety, quality, and efficiency
+ Deal with personnel working in product lines that they manage including scheduling, conflict, and complaints
+ Assign resources to different processes as needs fluctuate
+ Schedule overtime as needed
+ Promote lean & 5S
**What You Will Bring**
+ 3 years Manufacturing Supervisor experience
+ High School Diploma required, Bachelors or Associates Degree Preferred
+ Ability to use Time and Attendance tracking systems
+ Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
**A Plus If You Have**
+ Bachelors Degree Preferred
+ Continuous Improvement Project Experience
+ Strong Communication Skills - Verbal & Written
