The Program Coordinator provides quality services to enhance individuals with disabilities live an everyday lifestyle. Services are provided in home settings and in the community. The Program Coordinator promotes active treatment and a positive environment for individuals as identified in their individualized service plan/behavior plan. JOB SUMMARY (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO) Develop and Direct program functions and objectives, collect performance data and performance measurements, implement policies and procedures and recommend program/plan changes. Participate in the hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, and supervising of team members, to ensure all members needs are coordinated and addressed Provide administrative and clinical supervision to program staff through weekly individual supervision meetings and/or weekly group staff meetings. Demonstrate ability to adhere to agency policies and licensure requirements/training. Ability to complete required staffing reports (timesheets) timely and accurately. Ability to work proficiently with staff schedules, hiring requirements, and HR Training calendars. Must be flexible with providing shift coverage in emergent situations. As directed, complete overnight visits to sites. Available by phone 24/7. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires any combination of training, education, and experience listed below: Requires a bachelor's degree in human services or related field plus two (2) years' experience working with adults in a residential behavioral health setting: equivalency of education and experience acceptable. One (1) year of supervisory experience in behavioral health setting required Must have a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card through the Arizona Department of Public Safety or be eligible to receive within eight (8) weeks of hire Required to maintain a valid Arizona driver's license and are able to pass a motor vehicle screen for insurance purposes in order to transport clients.
