The Excalibur Group is currently seeking a Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Brooklyn, NY.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Program Oversight: Lead the daily operations of the TANF program, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and service delivery goals. Staff Management: Supervise, mentor, and support a team of case managers, administrative staff, and other program personnel. Budget Management: Oversee and manage the program budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to financial guidelines. Client Services: Ensure effective service provision to TANF participants, including assessments, case management, and referrals to appropriate resources. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure the program complies with federal, state, and local regulations, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with community partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance program outcomes and participant services. Data Management: Oversee the collection, tracking, and analysis of participant data to measure program success and identify areas for improvement. Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor program performance metrics to meet contractual goals and objectives. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for program enhancement and implement best practices to improve service delivery. Crisis Management: Address and resolve any escalated participant issues or crises promptly and effectively. REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelors in Business, Management or related field from an accredited college or university Demonstrated ability to manage and operate programs in adult learning, workforce development, or an employment placement environment Demonstrated competencies in communication, strategic planning, problem solving, financial management, and team leadership Knowledge of TANF Customers and the challenges they typically face Strong interpersonal and staff management skills Excellent analytical and organizational skills Perform business requirement analysis Influencing and negotiating skills Big Picture thinking and planning Excellent conflict resolution skills Computer literate and highly proficient at using Microsoft Office Develop reports and queries Management and leadership experience COMPENSATION
$60k - $65k Annually
