Job Title:
Program Coordinator
Job Summary:
Provide support to the Program Management Office (PMO) in the development of best practices, methodologies, standards, and templates for project's execution.
Provide support in program's progress and budget monitoring
Provide support in the elaboration of short, medium and long term capital expenditures budget and forecasts
Provide support to the PMO with tasks related to internal and external audits
Provide support in the development, maintenance, and updating of the Project Information Management System (PROCORE)
Prepare monthly program's status report
Control/organization of PMO's documentation
Perform a project coordinator role on assigned tasks or projects
Update of plans and project's processes documentation
Elaborate project's scope of works
Provide follow-up on procurement processes status
Assist in the process to identify capital initiatives related to improve the efficiency of the operation
Prepare requests for proposals/project manuals for services such as design, inspection, and/or construction
Assist during the procurement process responding to RFIs and issuance of addenda
Participate in project's meetings with internal and/or external stakeholders
Prepare and give presentations to internal and external stakeholders
Any other tasks relevant to the role
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering
Experience:
At least 5 years in related work
Project coordinator/inspector role in construction environment
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & MS Project/Primavera
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) is preferably but not required
Soft skills:
Ability to work independently and in an organized manner, excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork oriented, critical-thinking ability, ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively, capable to work cross-functionally, and manage time efficiently.
Languages:
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
