We are seeking a skilled professional to assist us in expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of working within a global supply chain. The role ensures the organization can support growth in multiple channels.
The Market Expansion Program Manager is also responsible for establishing proper controls and ensuring supply chain processes are compliant with laws and regulations globally. The position will contribute to all strategic supply chain activities and programs to simplify and standardize workflows and help to improve the performance of our supply chain. The position will lead business transformation through the modernization of our supply chain ecosystem.
This role will report into the Director of Supply Chain Strategy. What you will do: Oversee operational aspects of market expansion including logistics, supply chain management, and fulfillment. Develop and execute strategies to simplify and standardize workflows, enhancing overall supply chain performance. Lead cross-functional projects to improve operational systems and reporting. Ensure projects are aligned with business goals and drive continuous improvement in business processes. Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including Techstyle brands, suppliers, contract manufacturers, and logistics providers. Enhance the resilience, tools, and performance of the supply chain network through collaboration. Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and industry standards. Develop scalable solutions to measure risk exposure and work with stakeholders to manage and mitigate risks. Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve market expansion and supply chain transformation goals. Contribute to the development and execution of the supply chain technology and application strategy. Align supply chain solutions and investment roadmaps with evolving business objectives. Anticipate roadblocks and take a methodological approach to problem-solving. Prioritize tasks and follow through to ensure outcomes are achieved. Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates on project metrics and milestones. Foster transparency and accountability through effective communication. Analyze and recommend improvements for existing business processes. Implement changes with a focus on balancing speed and cost, ensuring they are adopted and sustained. What you can bring: Understanding of transportation modes, including ocean freight, air freight, trucking, courier, third-party logistics companies, forwarders, as well as familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures Experience working in a global environment with knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics. Must have knowledge of or know how to access reliable information related to duty/VAT rates, country specific regulations, etc. Strong geographical awareness and experience routing international and domestic cargo Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term operational strategies. A self-starter who over-indexes on ownership and accountability with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a team-based environment that is fast-paced and rapidly changing. Someone who pays high attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities. Excellent communication and influencing skills. Where we are: This role will be based in our El Segundo Headquarters, 3-days a week.
The annual base salary range for this position is from $110,000-$130,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
