Your daily tasks will include reviewing resumes, connecting top talents with job opportunities, uploading information, managing recruitment platforms, and ensuring the smooth execution and compliance of our EDA grant-established projects. Key Responsibilities: Planning and Recruitment Extraordinaire: Lead the charge in assessing candidates' resumes and capabilities, matching them with the perfect job to fit your portfolio and recruitment goals. Collaborate with our recruitment platform to keep our program database in tip-top shape. Cultivate relationships with collaborators and employers across Puerto Rico, from companies to government entities. Shine as one of El Comeback ambassadors at recruiting events in Puerto Rico and beyond. Project Coordination: Coordinate various aspects of projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and task management to ensure timely and successful completion. 2. Content Development: Create compelling and shareable content for different channels, including social media, blogs, websites, and email campaigns.
