Program Support Specialist

: 7:30 AM to 4 PM
Job Summary

Conduct research and analytical studies on a variety of programs and issue

Perform detailed fact gathering, data compilation and report writing on budget, organization workforce management, operation and administrative system

Conduct analysis to improve process efficiencies and workflow, simplify procedure, and implement cost reduction

Prepare and present verbal and written report including conclusion and recommendation for solution to process and procedure Issue and interpret internal operating policies

Represent Learning and Development leadership at meetings as requested

Review memoranda report and similar material for summarizing and making recommendation concerning same

Create handbook and material relating to the skill based program creation and update

Qualification

Thorough knowledge of the principle and method of public administration

Thorough knowledge of the principle and method of data gathering and compilation

Ability to write clear concise report, memoranda directive, letter technical data sheet etc

Ability to develop comprehensive plan from general supervision and with only general direction

Ability to plan assign and supervise the work of other

Ability to meet the public and discuss problems and complaint tactfully courteously and effectively

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with internal and external stakeholder

Knowledge or experience in the Utility field preferably in Water and Wastewater

Thorough knowledge of instructional design and assessment creation

2 year of professional experience in a learning environment, training and development, business administration program management or organizational development professional

5+ year of professional experience in a learning environment, training and development, business administration program management or organizational development professional

High School diploma or equivalent

Bachelor degree in Education Instructional Design Organizational Design Business Administration or a related area
