AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job) Manages contractors in the field, coordinates construction permits, promotes contractor safety compliance, and assures construction control.
Serves as a link between contractors and area owners.
Resolve issues and work coordination between contractors.
Participate in manufacturing project planning activities, generate the mechanical completion documentation, and provide support. Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Develop and implement change control procedures to manage changes to project scope, schedule, or budget.
Review and approve change requests, ensuring they are justified and aligned with project objectives.
