What are we seeking?
Agile Document Review is seeking a licensed attorney to work as a Project Lead Supervisor. The primary duty is to oversee the day-to-day operations of their assigned teams. This responsibility includes ensuring goals are met and supervising the employee's performance during their evaluation of documents being subject to discovery or necessary for a plaintiff's successful claim. The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen and a practical approach to problem solving. Also, leadearship and time management skills to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time. As part of your duties, you will be working closely with a diverse group of attorneys, paralegals and support staff to facilitate smooth project delivery and improve operational efficiency.

General Responsibilities
1. Make clear plans on how the project goals will be achieved
2. Help their designated teams understand performance targets and goals
3. Monitor employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching
4. Maintain day-to-day communication with our clients regarding recurring matters. All requested changes, requests for additional staffing, change of delivery dates, or otherwise special requests are to be consulted with the Project Manager or Supervisor.
5. Train or ensure that employees are properly trained for the specific project requirements
6. Deliver the team's status to the project manager or supervisor so decisions can be made at the strategic level reliably.
7. Identify and resolve workplace problems, including absenteeism or tardiness, where applicable
8. Participate in staff meetings and lead client meetings and other office activities
9. Dissipate information from upper management to employees and vice versa
10. Prepare and submit performance reports
11. Review and approve timesheets of employees under their direct supervision on time for the payroll process.
12. Recommend employees for rewards or promotions based on their performance
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited Law School.
Bachelor's degree of Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields of an accredited college or university is preferred. A combination of academic preparation and experience can be considered.
Current active membership and good standing with any State Bar.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bilingual (English-Spanish)
